The Notable Facts: Truth is Sacrosanct!

FACT ONE
The School Testimonial Certificate attached by Senator Ademola Adeleke to his INEC Governorship Nomination Form (C.F. 001) was unfounded, fake and forged. The Certificate was dated as issued on 20th July, 1988 (20/07/1988) under the Letter Head of “Ede Muslim Grammar School. P. O. Box 6, Ede, Osun State of Nigeria” The naked Truth is that Osun State had not been created in 1988, but was later created by The Military Government of General Ibrahim Badamosi Babaginda on the 27th day of August, 1991

FACT TWO
The proof of academic qualification attached by Senator Ademola Adeleke to his INEC Governorship Nomination Form (C.F. 001) which bears the title “Statement of Result” for May/June 1981 dated 24th July, 2018 issued by “Ede Muslim High School of P. O. Box 6, Yidi road, Ede. Osun State” was signed by the same Principal, who issued the “School Testimonial Certificate” of 20th July, 1988. It is absolutely impossible under the Public Service Rules in Nigeria for the same person who was Principal in 1988 to still be the same holder of the Office in 2018 (Thirty – 30 Years Interval: 1988 – 2018)

FACT THREE
The Statement of Result attached by Senator Ademola Adeleke to his INEC Governorship Nomination Form (C.F. 001) affirmed that he sat for Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) in 1981 with Candidate Number – 19645/149 and scored F9 in English language while the results for the eight (8) other subjects he sat for were recorded to be *”PENDING”* WHEREAS the statement of result presented by the School Principal of Ede Muslim High School before the High Court of The Federal Capital Territory in the Abuja Judicial Division at Court 13, Bwari Abuja before his Lordship: Hon. Justice O. A. Musa was recorded that Senator Ademola Adeleke scored F9 in English Language and eight (8) other subjects were recorded as “CANCELLED as he was absent”. The School Principal attested before the Court any other Statement of Result apart from the one he presented did not emanate from Ede Muslim High School. It is also obvious that there was nothing like Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) in 1981, as what was obtainable then was West African School Certificate (WASC)

FACT FOUR
The Statement of Result attached by Senator Ademola Adeleke to his INEC Governorship Nomination Form (C.F. 001) affirmed that he sat for Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) in 1981 with Candidate Number – 19645/149 organized by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and another examination organized by the National Examination Council (NECO) in the same 1981 when it is Public Knowledge that NECO was established through a Military Decree in April 1999 under the Military Government of General Abdulsalami Abubakar, the then Head of State

FACT FIVE
Senator Ademola Adeleke presented False and Forged Information/Documents to INEC under Oath so as to deceive the general public about his academic qualification, he has contravened the extant law governing the Election and Oath taking in Nigeria. Forgery, false declaration and Perjury is a criminal offence in Nigeria

NOTE
The bone of contention is not whether, Senator Ademola Adeleke wrote WAEC in 1981 or NOT. What is begging for answer in the court of Public Opinion is the guilt of Forgery of Statement of Result and School Testimonial Certificate established by the Law Court Senator Ademola Adeleke attached to his INEC Nomination Forms for the Office of the Senator for Osun West Senatorial District (2017) and Governor of Osun State (2018). This established and settled case of Perjury and Forgery of Ede Muslim Grammar School Document is distinctly different from the ongoing trial Senator Ademola Adeleke is facing over 2017 NECO Examination Malpractice at Ojo – Aro Community Grammar School in Egbedore LGA of Osun State.
