The popular saying that “all work and no play make Jack a dull boy” is quite familiar to several corporate players.

Hence, once in a while you find them stealing precious time from their tight schedule to satisfy their guilty pleasure.

One woman who doesn’t take this popular saying lightly is Mary Akpobome, one of Heritage Bank’s eggheads.

On numerous occasion, Akpobome has been spotted at events both movie premieres and comedy shows enjoying herself to the hilt.

Most recently, she was one of the few corporate faces at the open premiere of “My Lagos Dairies”, a real life documentary series shot by Freedom Foundation, a faith based nonprofit organization committed to addressing the ever-mounting and staggering challenges in our society by empowering individuals who are plagued by various categories of social and economic challenges.

The event which held at FilmHouse IMAX cinema, Lekki, Lagos also had in attendance Bolanle Ambode, the First Lady of Lagos State.

Dressed in a monochrome black gown and in the company of her husband, comedian Ali Baba, Akpobome brimmed with smiles on the red carpet, evidence of an evening well spent.

Who says corporate players should not take time off?
