A group identified as Vendors for Positive Change Initiative (VPCI), have petitioned the Lagos State Judicial panel of Inquiry on police brutality and the shooting at the Lekki Toll Gate.
The group is requesting that the panel invite celebrities who alleged via social media that some persons were killed in the October 20th shooting.
According to the group, such celebrities should be invited to substantiate their claims.
The petition to the panel was submitted on behalf of the group by Gbolahan Bakare.

According to movie producer, Editi Effiong, who was at the panel’s sitting on Friday, October 30, Bakare mentioned Falz and DJ Switch.
