Known for her age-long advocacy for a better Bakassi, the woman does not appear to have achieved much thus making her desperate.
Recently decrying the state of Bakassi 14 years after it was ceded to Cameroon, the brain behind Echos of Calabar, an upscale restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos asked from the Nigerian government a better residential environment for those still residing in Bakassi.
Asserting that the fact that the land housed Nigerians, she asked the government to provide better residence for the people, a position which has been frowned at by many.
