Saheed Elegushi
The youthful Monarch of Ikate land, Oba Saheed Elegushi, celebrated his fourth coronation anniversary on Sunday, April 27.
The celebration, which took place at his palace in Elegushi, Lekki, Lagos State, however did not live up to the expectation of many people.
Contrary to the expectations of top socialites in Lagos State that the anniversary would be one of the most talked about events for a while, it was devoid of popular faces.
Interestingly, the few socialites who made it to the event didn’t stay long as they moved on to keep other appointments as soon as they noticed the absence of key society figures. The celebration was never the less full of cultural display.
