Made Men Music Group boss, Ubi Franklin, has clarified a statement he made regarding N10b.

Ubi Franklin was quoted to have said: “From 2012 I have made 10 billion, I didn’t save because at that time I didn’t have the financial to know that I could invest in something else that could make more money,” he said.

With the statement now going viral, the label boss has had to make clarifications. According to him, the N10bn mention during the interview was his expenditure and not his profit for working with the period of time.

DJ Cuppy Comes Through With ‘Gelato’

Published

Gelato

Despite being celebrated as one of the most popular Disc Jockey in Nigeria, DJ Cuppy’s acceptance as an artiste remained peripheral.

This position didn’t change even with the release of her compilations, as music pundits felt that what she churned out lacked originality. For some people, she made a mess of the original songs.

To convince her fans, DJ Cuppy dropped songs such as ‘Currency,’  ‘Abena,’ ‘Charged Up,’ and ‘Vybe.’

Hardly making much of an impact with the songs, she caught the attention of music lovers with ‘Green Light,’ a song which featured Tekno.

‘Gelato,’ her latest single is, however, being viewed from a different perspective.

Though still in its early days, ‘Gelato,’ which features Zlatan Ibile is currently number three on the Apple Music chart.

The song moved from its original position on number five to number three with just Burna Boy’s ‘Anybody’ and Davido’s ‘Blow My Mind’  ahead of it.
