Tony Okoroji has been re-elected as the Chairman and Director of the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON).
Okoroji was re-elected to his former position having stepped down during the society’s 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which recently held at the Banquet Hall of Lagos Sheraton Hotel, Lagos.
However, his re-election has attracted criticisms from those who have followed the crisis that has trailed COSON for a while.
Considered the most popular royalty collection society, COSON has been under the leadership of Okoroji for years.
This style of leadership has however been frowned at, as observers question the management of the society’s account.
