Labake Adeola, the industrious fashion entrepreneur has carved a niche for herself among fashion buffs. According to her, being rich shouldn’t be confused with possessing panache but many a deep-pocket mistake extravagance for elegance. “You do not have to be extravagant to be elegant. At Signal Fabric, everyone is classic. Its not the price of your fabrics that stands you out, its what you make with it and how you can spice it up that translate to elegance; it is what differentiates the commoner from the classical.”, and that’s what SIGNAL FABRICS is known for.

Style becomes the essence of every woman, according to Labake. Thus like an emperor of immeasurable chic, her fascination with good fabrics and elaborate lines comes alive in her range of bespoke latest and talk of the town attires. Although her specialty encompasses formal and informal female clothing’s.

There is no gainsaying Labake’s love for classy couture blossomed quite early in her youth; according to her, she developed a fascination with fashion when she started over 20 years ago and have customers across board. “We started over 20 years ago and have customers across board and we have been able to keep them all these years”.

“Anything you do it’s always best to be upright, sincerity, openness and customer satisfaction has been our key factors for sustenance”.

Labake’s love for fashion and taste for quality was copied from her mum, whom they both started Signal Fabrics from Alade Market in Ikeja Lagos, but the mother did not live long to see it blossom.

Signal Fabrics officially opens its new branch to clients from all over, penultimate Sunday, located on Ajose Adeogun street, Victoria Island Lagos, with its head office at Martins Street, Lagos Island.

The event had in attendance her family, friends, long time customers, society women, and well-wishers who came out to celebrate with the mother of three wonderful boys.

Amongst the guests were, Yeye Yetunde Ogbemudia of Nodony Fashion House, Olori Tokunbo Eko, Socialite Wosilat Seriki, among other several faces at the event.

Nothing hurts like a certain dream that suddenly disappears like a mirage.

Ask Senator Remi Tinubu and she will tell you that this is indeed true.

In the wake of her election as senator-elect representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, she bragged about eyeing the office of the Deputy Senate President.

The fair-complexioned woman hinged her ambition on the fact that she was the most qualified woman for the office having won her senatorial district the third time.

Tinubu’s dream, however, failed to come true, as she was not in contention when her colleagues in the Senate voted Omo-Agege to fill her most cherished office. For her, it’s definitely another dead dream.

Again, Dimeji Bankole Goes Underground

Losing an election is not something which Dimeji Bankole knows how to handle.

The dark-complexioned man was years ago the Speaker of the House of Representatives. His fall from grace, however, came when he failed to return to the exalted post leading to events that plunged him into obscurity.

In an attempt to bounce back, he contested the 2019 gubernatorial election under the ticket of Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Ogun State.

Contesting alongside candidates such as Dapo Abiodun, Adekunle Akinlade, Gboyega Nasiru Isiaka and Buruji Kashamu, Bankole’s chances were indeed slim, as Abiodun was declared the winner of the Saturday, March 9 election.

The loss of the election appeared to have hit Bankole hard, as the man has gone underground again.

Why Paddy Adenuga Isn’t Anticipating His 35th Birthday

In days, Paddy Adenuga, son of billionaire businessman Otunba Mike Adenuga will clock 35.

Born in London, England on June 21, 1984, the fair-complexioned youngman is not in a haste to welcome his new age, as he says: “age is catching up on me disrespectfully.”

Once, friends and associates would have been gearing up for a club run, but Paddy has grown.

Under the employ of his father’s Mike Adenuga Group, Paddy was the Group Executive Director of GLO and Cornoil Producing. The young Adenuga was in the organisation between 2002 to 2006.

On the grounds of a misunderstanding with his father, he left on a sabbatical to London where he did several  deals in the oil industry  partnering with Clyne and Clyne before returning to the country with a tale of how he almost bought Chevron Netherlands. Presently the CEO of both GLO and Cornoil Producing, Paddy is an eligible bachelor.

On settling down, the bespectacled man has revealed that even at 34, he is still unable to understand women. Admired by some of the most beautiful girls in the world, Paddy could have a pick anytime, but no one has been identified with him.

Marriage is definitely the next phase for Paddy.
