Revered clergyman, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe of Genesis Global Church, has raised an alarm over over an impostor swindling unsuspecting members of the public in his name.

The impersonator runs an account with the name “Dele Ogundipe” at EcoBank, and has equally opened many Facebook accounts in the name of the popular prophet, where he scams ignorant Nigerians of their hard earned money.

The fraudster’s account details with EcoBank are: Isreal Oladele foundation
8100341761.

Meanwhile, Prophet Ogundipe, said he doesn’t have any EcoBank account, and has urged his followers home and abroad to disregard the fake account, adding that at no point would he solicit for money from anybody on social media.

“As a matter of fact, every donation that people make goes straight to the church’s account, which I’m not even a signatory to. We have administrative people who sign our cheques, not me,” Ogundipe asserted.

The case, according to the celebrity man of God, has already been reported to the police and other relevant authorities officially.

However, several efforts made by him to reach the management of EcoBank have proved abortive.
