Rotimi Akeredolu Loses Popularity

There was a time when the bearded governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu was popular.
Then, he was loved by his people, obvious in how they often turn out to welcome him when he steps out in the state.
However, those days are now over, as the man is said to have lost his popularity, having had a fallout with his people.
The reason is not far from a not too impressive people driven representation in the last four years that Akeredolu has been in office.
The situation has thus seen his political future in doubt. Only recently, speculation about a cold war between him and his party’s national leader emerged worsening his situation.
Presently, Akeredolu is said to be running from pillar to post to ensure that his second term ambition becomes a reality.
