Prophet Elijah Ayodele: The Man Who Sees It All

The Holy Bible tells a story of how David was a man after God’s heart. For this reason, he enjoyed a lot of privileges and blessings from God.

One man who is seems to be after God’s heart is Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church.

Over the years, Primate Ayodele, has become known for his spot on prophesies. Like his prophesies, his annual book of divine revelations named ‘Warnings To The Nation’ has also become a talking point among Christians.

In the past, the man is known to have prophesied on several issues including the Death of The Chairman of Punch Newspaper, Gbadebowale Wayne Aboderin, the Fuel Tanker explosion on Otedola Bridge along the Lagos/Ibadan Express Road, the Fulani Herdsmen killings, bloodshed in Barakin-Ladi Local Government of Plateau state among several others.

One of his prophesies which came to pass last week Saturday, July 14, was the loss of the gubernatorial election by the incumbent People Democratic Party (PDP), to the All Progressive Congress (APC).

For months, Prophet Ayodele, prophesied about the gubernatorial election in the state urging Governor Ayodele Fayose to listen to the words of God, to no avail.

Indeed, like a man who sees it all, the man of God was vindicated when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), declared Kayode Fayemi, winner of the election.

How Socialite, Drug Peddler Toyin Igbira Died

Popular socialite, Monsurat Ashabi Oluwatoyin Oyemade popular as Toyin Igbira has passed on.

The woman who was notorious for drug peddling having been arrested severally died at the age of 56. She was born  in February, 18th 1963.

Toyin Igbira died on Saturday, July 19 of ovarian cancer in a Surulere hospital after battling the illness for over five years.

In her lifetime, she was a popular name among socialites, party bride and musician.

Though the woman had been sick for five years, she was rumoured to have survived the life-threatening illness two years ago before her recent demise.

Adieu Olufunke Olakunrin

The family of deceased Olufunke Olakunrin, the daughter of Afenifere Leader Pa Reuben Fasoranti who was killed by suspected herdsmen on Friday, July 12, will have the opportunity to pay her their last respect tomorrow.

According to the burial plans released by the family, the deceased will be buried on Monday, July 22.

Events leading to her final burial, however, commenced with a commendation/night of tributes which took place on Friday, July 19, at Harbour Point Wilmot road, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria lsland, Lagos.

It will climax with a burial ceremony at the Saito David’s Anglican Cathedral Ijomu, Akure while interment follows at the church cemetery.

Death is a sad occurrence, but it has a way of opening doors for people.

For Prince Ajibade Ogunoye, the death of Olateru-Olagbegi opened a big door. The death saw to his emergence as the new Olowo of Owo Kingdom.

Against all expectations, Prince Ogunoye’s emergence was peaceful, democratic and procedural.

Despite this, he still has the big challenge of unifying other contenders of the throne, as well as uniting all sons and daughters of Owo Kingdom.
