For failure to pay his production advance fee and royalty, Nigerian producer, Del B has dragged Okwudili Umenyiora the boss of Eric Manny Entertainment to court.
According to court papers made available to www.theoctopusnews.com, the producer slammed a One Million Naira lawsuit on Runtown’s former label.
Del B who produced Runtown’s 2016 hit ”Mad Over You” dragged the label to court claiming in the suits: “failure to complete his production fee, and also not receiving any royalty from the proceeds the song gave the company.”
Recall that Runtown and Eric Many Entertainment had been at loggerheads for a while before a court dissolved the contract to which Eric Manny Entertainment claimed it still had a hold on the artist.
