Occupants of the chopper that crashed killing Access Holdings Plc Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) Herbert Wigwe have been revealed.

Numerous media platforms have reported how Wigwe died in a chopper crash that occurred at Nipton on the edge of the Mojave Desert late on Friday evening killing him and five other people.

According to the reports, the crashed chopper was registered to a Burbank-based tour company called Orbic Air.

However, Global News has now reported that Wigwe died in the crash alongside his wife and son.

Global News also reported that Abimbola Ogunbanjo, the former group chairman of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group) was also one of the occupants of the ill-fated Eurocopter EC 130 chopper.
