New Date To Be Announced For The Monarch Experience-Organisers

Organisers

A new date is expected to be announced for the highly anticipated The Monarch Experience concert.

Initially slatted for Saturday, December 8th at Oriental Hotel, Lagos, organisers were forced to postponed the event following what they described as concurrent hosting of another significant event at the same premises.

In a statement sent to www.theoctopusnews.com, the organisers of the event blamed the date change on the concurrent hosting of another significant event at the same premises and the inability of the hotel to guarantee safety of lives and properties.

The statement went on to say that “the safety and comfort of our attendees, clients, customers, staff and crew always comes first and unfortunately Oriental Hotel was not able to guarantee same.”

Billed to perform at the concert are legendary musicians such as King Wasiu Ayinde, Bright Chimezie, Sir Shina Peters, Onyeka Onwenu, Salawa Abeni and a much younger Gloria Ibru.
