Audu Maikori, President of Chocolate City Group, has been under serious criticism following his articles on the killings in Southern Kaduna.
Maikori, whose driver recently lost a brother in the Southern Kaduna killings, has however come out to defend himself.
In an article written by the music entrepreneur, Maikori describes the backlash he has been receiving as an attempt by his critics to discredit him.
While emphasising the fact that he was not aware pictures which he used to illustrate his first article were sourced from internet, he criticised College of Education, Gidan Waya, Kaduna for its hasty conclusion that no student of the institution was killed.
According to Maikori, the aim of his critics on social media was to tarnish his reputation. While acknowledging this, he said that he had no plan to stop speaking the truth on the killings.
