General Kolawole Ilori Ayinla, popularly known as General Kollington has appointed a new media aide.
He is Lagos-based Journalist and blogger, Taofik Afolabi. The appointment which takes effect immediately was sealed at Kebe-n-Kwara’s Fuji Villa, Alagbado, Lagos.
With the appointment, Afolabi, who is the publisher of very popular online media; www.ojutole.com and iroyinojutole-tole will be in charge of all corporate activities of Ilota born Fuji Megastar, www.theoctopsnews.com learnt.
A veteran Fuji musician with over five decades in the entertainment world, Kollington, has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the music industry both in Nigeria and in the Diaspora.
Known for several hits including ‘Ijo YoYo’, Fuji Ropopo” and others, the well travelled Kebe-n-Kwara, started his music career at a tender age alongside his childhood friend, Late Sikiru Ayinde Barrister.
