The series of allegations making the rounds about Skye Bank Plc might have translated into doom for the financial institution.
Speculations making the rounds presently are that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has dissolved the board and management of the bank.
According to the speculation, the apex bank will also take over its day-to-day affairs partially.
Speaking in a phone interview with www.theoctopusnews.com, Mr. Moses Obajemu of Skye Bank’s Corporate Affairs Department said thus “We have not being informed of any change. If there is indeed any we will release a statement to that effect.”
Only time will tell the implication of the move by CBN on the financial institution.
