Barely a year after Oba Saheed Elegushi of Ikate Elegushi town, Lagos State took Hadiza Tanko Yakasai as his bride, the Oluwo of Iwo land in Osun State, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi is set to do the same thing as he gets set to marry Princess Firdauz Abdullahi from Kano.
Princess Abdullahi has been described by her husband-to-be as a matrimonial material and a morally upright princess.
The colourful nuptial which has become the talk of the town will hold on Saturday, March 19, at the residence of Madakin Kano, Yola Quarters in Kano State, with a reception strictly for ladies following at the palace of the Emir of Kano, HRH Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero.
Typically, the ceremony will witness the presence of top monarchs, politicians, and individuals from all works of life.
