Jagaban To The Rescue: Tinubu Intervenes In Moji Olaiya Burial Crisis

The crisis rocking the burial of late actress Moji Olaiya might have been put to rest.

 

Prior to now, there was confusion over where the deceased would be buried.

 

While her family opted for Canada, her daughter insisting that her remains be brought back to Nigeria.

Indications are that her corpse will now be flown back to Nigeria after All Progressive Congress (APC) Chieftain Bola Tinubu, offered to assist the family.

 

Prior effort to get the Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, to support efforts to repatriate Olaiya’s corpse was dismissed by Fayose.

2019 Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has made her Nollywood debut.

She featured in a soon to be released movie of Toyin Abraham alongside comedian, Brodashaggi

The movie titled Fate of Alakada, is a sequel to the Alakada series produced Abraham, having earlier produced Alakada 1 and 2.

The actress announced Mercy’s debut on the big screen on Instagram, appreciating Eke for coming on set.

“Thanks my darling @official_mercyeke for coming onset, fam watch out for @official_mercyeke in Fate of Alakada in cinemas 10th April 2020,” she wrote on Instagram.

Fate of Alakada will hit the cinema on April 10.
