Reality is indeed a teacher. It teaches you what you hardly know or can even speculate. It brings it bare and straight into your face.
This is a fact that Evelyn Joshua, wife of late Prophet Temitope Joshua will readily connect with.
Once the darling of the prophet of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), the woman has since realised that it was all a charade to be in her husband’s good books and score points with him.
Since the death of the founder of the church, the woman’s effort at taking over the church and ensure that his dreams do not die have all but hit the rock, as people she once thought were her allies have since turned against her.
It took a recent court order for the woman to be admitted as a member of the church’s board of trustees.
Despite this victory, there is no denying the fact that her road to becoming the leader of the church will be a long and bumpy one.
