It has definitely been a while since the death of Dora Akunyili.
However, her family will soon have a good reason to celebrate.
Akunyili’s daughter, Njideka who is married to American Justin Crosby is expecting her first baby.
The family is said to be elated at the development, as it will be one of the very positive things that has happened to the family since the demise of the late Director General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
Akunyili passed on in a Indian hospital on Saturday, June 7 2014, due to complications arising from uterine cancer.
