Group  Condemns Miyettiallah’s  Threat To Saraki

Voice  From The  East (VEAST) , an Igbo  group,  as condemned  the threat and call for   the impeachment  of  Senator Bukola  Saraki   as   Senate  President  by  Miyettiallah,   an association of cattle rearers.

The group, questioned the connection between governance and cattle  rearing, alleging that it has brought to the fore, the undeniable fact that whosoever is the life  patron of Miyettiallah , is  tolerating the bloody activities of these hoodlums.

VEAST, who called members of Miyettiallah as unschooled  loafers maintained that they could not  be molesting the number three  citizen of a country without a cast –iron -backbone.

There  have   been rattling on the impeachment of  Saraki   by  equally other uninformed sources , VEAST  alerts,   it is a   convolution  of   democratic  contours  that could  ruffle  the feathers of peaceful coexistence  in a  hitherto fragile  Nigeria, Comrade  Kindness  Jonah the convener of the group said, while  addressing journalists  in Enugu over the issue.

Comrade  Kindness  Jonah, wondered why  glaring democratic undoings  by  the present government    have   been tactically down played  by the same  source calling for the impeachment of  Saraki .  ” Why  are Miyettiallah , Adams  Oshiomhole  and APC   shamefully  calling for the impeachment of  Saraki , but tacitly  ignoring the  invasion  of National Assembly  by the DSS  to  impeach   Bukola  Saraki  and  Ike  Ekweremadu; invasion of  Benue  House  of Assembly to impeach Governor   Samuel  Ortom; invasion of Imo State  House of Assembly  to  impeach  Deputy  Governor   Madumere;      militarization  and  rigging of  elections  in Ekiti State  and  freezing  the  account  of  Akwa Ibom  State  Government .    Full blown  islamization  agenda  in the wanton  and reckless  killings  by  Fulani herdsmen .  This  callous  call by Miyettiallah as well as the   the  six-some   fiendish  manipulations as  listed above,   posits a  too religiously situated   scenario  that  makes   religion   hardly ever  divorced    from governance which clearly is the bane  of Nigeria’s  problem .”

The group pointed out  in its  further full blown condemnation  of the frenetic call  for the  impeachment of  Saraki  that,   these  scenarios would  dampen any democratic  meaningfulness , and wondered  why the current administration  with its military might  has knowingly ignored   dealing with Fulani herdsmen despite  what it called ‘‘ the  glaring  naked truth news  of the   draconic maneuvers   of  all  known  and unknown codes of  democratic  equanimity evidenced in wanton  killings  by Fulani herdsmen attributable to Miyettiallah  as  the umbrella  body  ’’ .

VEAST   evaluated the  scenario  with  passion for change and came up with the following observations:  The  aberrant killings  by Miyettiallah  as allowed by the  present administration,  is  tilted towards full islamization of Nigeria (as  evidenced in the wanton killings  across  every length  and breadth of Nigeria   by Fulani herdsmen) which  makes  many Nigerians  slaves of IDP  camps  in the  North.

None of  these   should be impeached : Saraki ,  Ekweremadu, Ortom  , Fayose, Madumere , Tambuwal,   Dogara  or  even Buhari.  VEAST  categorically states that nobody should call for the impeachment of  Buhari , but  rather  advised that   Buhari should  call this  lawless  organization  known as Miyettiallah   to order  and put  leg on ground  to arrest and  prosecute the leadership of Miyettiallah  for engineering the killing of innocent Nigerians  via Fulani herdsmen.  Buhari   has democratic right to belong to any party of his choice, and should not be punished for it. If  Saraki is to be impeached, let it be for committing a crime,  and not  for decamping  to another party of his choice  which  Nigeria’s constitution  also  allows’’
