Soon, Nigeria will be the home of the most expensive tower in West Africa, if information emerging is anything to go by.
According to reports, Africa’s richest woman, Mrs Folorunsho Alakija, is set to blow N 6o billion or $165million its equivalent in Dollars on a tower named Famfa Towers.
Located on Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi Lagos, Famfa Towers is described as a 22-floor edifice .
Though currently under construction, it is said to have already gulped a frightening sum of N 6 billion.
When completed, the one-of-kind Famfa Towers will serve as office for big time commercial enterprise.
Trust the woman of taste, Alakija is said to have already reserved the last five floors her personal use. Who knows, this might just be her headquarter and base of operation when it is all done.
