The final of the 2020 Big Brother Naija Lockdown reality show was aired on Sunday, September 27, with Laycon emerging as the winner.

Walking away with a total of 85 million Naira worth of cash, a car and valuables, he became an instant Nigerian celebrity.

VEE Evicted From BBN:

With just five contestants left, the road to the final started with tension.

One of the last five housemate evicted to pave the way for the final winner was Vee, the love interest of Neo.

Vee was evicted in the final eviction show of Sunday, September 27, leaving Neo her love interest in the show.

Fireboy DML’s Performance:

Rave singer and songwriter, Fireboy DML, had another star performance in the finale of the Big Brother Naija show.

The singer thrilled guests in the Live studio with some of his hit songs including ‘Champion’.

He was one of the few artistes recognised by organisers of the show, as he had performed in the house before the final.

He performed alongside Rema.

Big Brother Sends Neo Out Of Show:

As the road to the emergence of the winner of the  Big Brother Naija reality show continued, more evictions took place.

With Vee being the first housemate evicted on Sunday, September 27, the second housemate evicted was Neo.

Neo was evicted from the show with only three housemates left.

His exit from the house was not unforeseen, as many had predicted that he would follow his love interest Vee.

Speaking after his eviction, Neo said that he knew where he was coming from before the show and knew where he is presently.

Asked by Ebuka if his relationship with Vee is in the past, Neo said that he had told Vee that he was in love with her and if she would have him, he would always be for her.

Evicted Neo Reveals Future Plans:

Naturally, many had expected that Neo would be pursuing his passion in fashion after the Big Brother Naija Lockdown show.

However, the housemate having been evicted revealed that there is more to him, as fashion which was his initial passion has been overtaken by other things.

According to him, he will fit in any place, having garnered experiences in the show.

Speaking with the host of the show, Ebuka, Neo revealed his plans for the future, saying that he would fit into any industry.

The housemate who hardly showed any sign of disappointment revealed that he was ready for anything.

Recall that Vee was the first housemate to be evicted, with Neo being the second to go.

Presently, there are three housemates in the show, as the road to who emerges winner continues.

Davido Performs With Mayorkun:

Fans of one of the biggest artistes in Nigeria now have a bragging right, as Davido had a star performance in the finale of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown show.

Entering with Mayorkun’s ‘Betty Butter’, Davido got his solo performance when he performed ‘Fem’ to guests in the finale show.

The singer showed his dancing steps, performing his latest song, ‘FEM’. Typical, Davido showed his stuff, dancing with some sexy girls dressed in black on the stage.

Prior to the emergence of Davido and Mayorkun as the lead artistes, Rema and Fireboy DML had opened the show for the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) boss and his protegee, Mayorkun.

Nengi Has Been Evicted From BBN:

The bad girl of the 2020 Big Brother Naija (BBN) Lockdown show was the third housemate to leave the show.

Nengi was evicted in the finale show.

Nengi was evicted after Vee and Neo, leaving Dorathy and Laycon as finalist of the Big Brother Naija show.

Aftermath Of Eviction, Nengi Reveals Future Plans:
Nengi revealed her future plan following her eviction in the finale of the Big Brother Naija show.

Speaking with Ebuka after her eviction, Nengi said that she was not sad to be evicted, as she saw it coming.

About her future plans, she said that she would be focusing on her business, furthering her education and living life a step at a time.

On her relationship with Ozo, when Ebuka asked her if she meant what she said when she said that she and Ozo would not be friends after the show, Nengi said that she had ended the relationship a thousand time, insinuating that her words while they were in the house did not mean anything.

The duo of Nengi and Ozo were in a turbulent relationship that saw Ozo heads over heels in love in a relationship that was hardly reciprocated by Nengi who maintained that she had a relationship outside the show.

According to her, the outcome of the show would either make or mar what she feels for Ozo.

Who will walk home with the star prize?

Laycon Declared BBN 2020 Winner:

Laycon was was declared the 2020 Big Brother Naija Lockdown show winner.

The rapper won the show with 60 percent votes with his closest rival being Dorathy with 21 percent.

With the duo of Laycon and Dorathy on the finalist stage, Ebuka announced Laycon as the winner of the show throwing the guests in the Live studio into a frenzy.

Post BBN Win Interview:
Laycon revealed that he only came to the show to promote himself and his music.

He revealed this during the finale of the Big Brother Naija show, adding that he was really shocked to find himself in the final of the show.

Speaking about his encounter with Erica, he revealed that it was an opportunity to learn, as he had never been in a situation like that.

Laycon also revealed that he has since developed himself in the Big Brother Naija house, adding that he has now developed acting skill of being the nosy bad guy.
