All plans have been concluded for the third edition of Students On The Runway.
Students On The Runway, is a platform with the sole aim of showcasing students and their talents.
Now in its third edition, the show packaged by Temitope Oduyemi owned Wise-Plus Concepts is sought after by corporate organizations and individuals.
The maiden edition held on 14th March, 2015 at the University of Lagos, with the second edition holding on August 21st of the same year and at the same venue.
The third edition, which is aimed at empowering youths through scholarship and free training for students in fashion, beauty and make-up, as well as bead making, comes up on Friday, April 15th, at Education Auditorium, University of Lagos.
The Students on the Runway concept was initiated to initially cater for students in tertiary institutions with passion for arts, but has now been modified by inculcating activities that will enhance productivity and empower them for self-reliance.
Some of the high points of the show include, a Fashion Runway showcasing designs from top-notch designers, Aristocrat Clothings, Hayiloran Vogue, Muzane, Apex Clothings, Zenith Sports, Habbey Stitches, TIS Clothings, Sholy Kay’s World and Maygida Couture, a Yabatech student- owned designer.
Motivational speaker, Gbenga Ademujimi will be the keynote speaker at the event.
