This popular saying by Charlie Chaplin is one which Olori Aramide Elegushi will have to understand and digest to be able to get rid of her troubles.
Hardly had she recovered from mourning her deceased mum, Alhaja Ipaye, when she was dealt a terrible blow. The speculation was that her husband, King Saheed Elegushi was about to pick another wife.
Like a nightmare, barely weeks after the speculation started, the tales were confirmed, as Olori Hadiza Elegushi nee Tanko officially became the second wife of one of the youngest monarchs in Nigeria.
Since the marriage, the once vibrant and highly fashion conscious Olori has simply gone underground. Some even say she wears a new look nowadays.
