The last weeks has seen several promises from a handful of Governor-elects.
The Lagos State Governor-elect, Babajide Sanwo-Olu aside promising to clear the Apapa gridlock on assuming office, has also promised better welfare for workers.
One man who has however abstained from making his plans known is the Ogun State Governor-elect, Dapo Abiodun.
Since Abiodun emerged the winner of the Ogun State gubernatorial election, the man has been mute about his plans for the state.
His cards have been kept close to his heart, as he keeps seeking what the people want from meetings, consultation and direct advice from his predecessors.
Except naming his Economic Transition Work Groups, nothing has really been done by the man. His docile position has now sparked off embarrassing speculations bordering on the man’s depth of strategic ideas and his ability to rise up to the occasion.
