Like Ogugua Okonkwo, Like Nike Balogun
Top Naira should beget top service, but this theory does not always apply.
A situation where this came to fore is that involving two popular Nigerian designers, Ogugua Okonkwo and Nike Balogun.
Known to be designers who deal with the crème de la crème of the Nigerian society, the above mentioned duo failed to impress when it mattered most.
To be slammed by the trio of the Indinmi sisters namely Adama, Meram, Mairama and their mother Samira speaks volume, as they almost speak for the entire northern elite.
They all called out Ogugua Okonkwo of Style Temple for failing to deliver on three dresses she had been paid to make during Mairama’s wedding, which held in 2017.
Style Temple is however not the only one given this treatment, as Nike Balogun of Diamond Ink Events also had to swallow the same bitter pill having been called out by former Most Beautiful Girl In Nigeria (MBGN), Iheoma Nnadi who recently got married to footballer Emmanuel Emenike.
