Davido’s crew might have fought Wizkid’s in Dubai. The singer might have called out Caroline Danjuma in one of his singles, but Davido is saying that he is not fighting anybody in the music industry.
The singer doused all talks of confrontation and fight with anyone when he received his award for ‘Musician of the Year’ in this year’s Future Awards, which took place recently.
Having received his plaque, the singer appreciated the organisers of the award, and then said, “Me I no dey fight anybody for this industry.”
In recent times, Davido has been tagged one of the most controversial singers in Nigeria not only because of his seeming beef and continuous competition with Wizkid, but also due to other related issues.
Only months back, he was in the forefront of a controversy that almost saw him being implicated in the death his friend, Tagbo Umeike.
