Top artistes such as Yemi Alade, Mr. Eazi, Falz and Techno are in hot battle of supremacy having been nominated for the Future Awards Africa.
The artistes who have had an amazing musical run in 2016 will slug it out for the honour of most prized act for music at a ceremony which holds on Sunday, December 18.
The winner of the category of Prize for Music will be a major achiever, as the contestants are considered some of the best entertainers as far as the year 2016 is considered.
Yemi Alade, a female act signed to Effyzzie music Group, has credit for releasing two albums with the latest dropped this year entitled “Mama Africa”.
On his part, Oluwatosin Ajibade, popular as ‘Mr Eazi’ has credit for songs such as Dance For Me, Love You Tire, Sample You and Nobody Dey.
Folarin Falana, also known as ‘Falz’ dropped his sophomore album, a blend of comedy and music, titled “Stories That Touch”, in 2015, while his colleague Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe also known as Kiss Daniel dropped his debut album, New Era in 2015.
Considered one of the biggest artistes of the year 2016, Augustine Kelechi popular as Tekno Miles has turned every song he has touched into a hit including Diana and Pana.
