Singer, Yemi Alade, has urged her follows not to scroll through Instagram and compare their lives with other users of the social media application.
According to her, many people spend hours going through their feeds to see others living large and they begin comparing their lives with others.
Yemi Alade said that rather than see how far they have come, these people start feeling depressed because they think others are doing better than they are.
“The fear of Instagram is the beginning of wisdom,” the singer warned her fans.
