Days after his arrest for alleged cyber fraud, YBNL artist, Zlatan Ibile has been released.

He was released in the evening of Tuesday, May 14, alongside his personal assistant, Rahman Jago and his houseboy.

The artist who was arrested alongside Naira Marley was released following the intervention of Olamide, his label boss and Burna Boy.

Zlatan Ibile was arrested by the EFCC in his home in an early morning sting operation which took place on Friday, May 10.

His arrest came following the release of the video of Naira Marley’s  song ‘Am I A Yahoo Boy’ in which he featured in.

Prior to the arrest by the EFCC, Naira Marley had tried to justify cyber fraud, claiming it was the price for years of slavery and colonialism.

His stand however attracted a lot of criticism across the length and breadth of the music industry, as many wonder why he was propagating fraud.
