Sometimes back, it was talks of unhealthy competition that trailed the man.
Today, that incident might have been forgotten. One which is yet to be buried is an allegation of annual sack of Konga’s staffs.
Only recently, a huge number of the company’s staffs cutting across the Marketing and Customer Care departments were relieved of their jobs in what has now become an annual event.
The situation has thus seen many asking why Sim Shagaya is in the habit of annually sacking his staff between the months of November and December.
