Ubi Franklin, has eventually accepted his fourth love child Ariella and her mother, Sandra Iheuwa.
This comes following months of a faceoff between the boss of Made Men Music Group (MMMG) and the Abuja-based lady.
Recall that Sandra and Ubi secretly dated for a while before she got pregnant.
While she was pregnant, Ubi refused to take responsibility for the pregnancy, despite being seen spending time with the lady in Abuja prior to her pregnancy.
At the hilt of the faceoff about who was responsible for the pregnancy, Sandra went public and announced that Ubi who she met in 2017 owed her N 8 million, had refused to pay back and did not take responsibility for her pregnancy.
Not even when Sandra gave birth to her baby Ariella did Ubi change his mind, as he distanced himself from both mother and child, leading to Sandra naming the child herself.
Then, in her celebratory message Sandra revealed that Ubi’s public image was probably more important to him than being a father to their child, hence he denied being the father of her baby.
She wrote: “Welcome to the world my baby A.C. Iheuwa. You are finally here and I can’t contain my excitement and happiness holding you in my arms with tears of joy. You fought to be here after all the complications and manipulation but you won.
“When my pregnancy was made public you got denied and rejected by the man that’s supposed to protect and love you regardless of how you came about. Seems like his public image was more important but don’t worry baby you got me and the whole Iheuwa clan especially your grandpa and uncles.
“You will be a blessing beyond our expectations as long as I live you will not suffer or lack anything you will get the best life and education. I have a lot to tell you my baby but I’m going to wait till you are able to read and write because I know you are going to read this someday and a whole lot on the internet. I love you so much and thank you for choosing me to be your mom. Happy Birthday, Baby A.”
However, several months later, things appear to have taken a positive direction in the relationship, as Ubi finally accepted responsibility for being the father of the child, attributing his decision forgiveness.
In an Instagram post on his page, Ubi stated that the most difficult thing to do is to forgive. He added that he wants his followers to know that what they saw today is as a result of “deep forgiveness”.
Ubi already has three children out of wedlock. He welcomed a baby with his girlfriend who he fondly calls Mama Zee, he officially had a son with ex-wife, Lilian Esoro, and another with his staff Nicola Siyo.
