A self-acclaimed fiscal transparency advocate and a firm believer in the power of open data, Onigbinde’s clamour for a better Nigeria, a country with promise and his criticisms of the government of President Muhammadu Buhari were the chariots on which he rode to fame.
Those were the memories that defined his person until the recent past.
