Recall that Adams had filed a suit challenging her exclusion from a repeat primary election, which led to the emergence of Governor Benedict Ayade, as the senatorial candidate of the party, despite his participating and losing the presidential primary election of APC.

Adams who claimed that her opponent is scheming to frustrate court judgement in the matter, added that she is seeking justice.

Appealing on Justice Maha to do justice to the matter, without further delay, she added that justice delayed, is as good as being denied.
