Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested 22-year-old primary school teacher, Margret Obano.
Obano, was arrested for allegedly brutalizing her two-year-old daughter and burning her buttocks.
Her arrest follows an alarm raised by neighbours over the incident which happened on Friday, October 14, 2022, in Bariga area of the state.
Reacting to the development, Lagos Police Spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest of the woman and her partner.
He said;
“They have been arrested and detained at the Bariga Police Station and her daughter has been hospitalised.”
