Open Letter: Critics Slam Waje

Following an open letter written by musician Waje telling young people that they should be more committed to their work, she has come under criticism.
In the letter, Waje, was quoted saying that she had used as much as three personal assistants in months.
The singer revealed that on each occasion, the applicants begged for the job only to complain that it was difficult.
Sharing the note, she wrote: “What’s your worth? The value you bring? Successful people grind.
Rather than be sympathized with the singer was heavily criticized with some critics insisting that she is either bad at motivation or at recruitment.
