Asa Asika’s opinion that any artiste who can’t turn out a music verse in two weeks will never do it has been refuted.
Asika, who is Davido’s manager took to Twitter to share his opinion in what has been described as an attack on an unknown singer.
He wrote: “I just thought about this. If an artiste has been telling you I will send the verse, I will send the verse and you don’t get it in the next two weeks, get the message, he or she will never do it.”
However, music pundits have disagreed with the talent manager, insisting that it takes more than two weeks to produce a good song.
A critic, who disagreed with Asa wrote: “Some can deliver in two weeks, some can deliver in two months, the most important thing is the response of the artiste to your request. Good music definitely takes more time.”
