Saidi Balogun with wife, Fathia
One of the biggest questions begging for answer from Fathia Balogun, the estranged wife of actor and movie producer Saidi Balogun, is why is she desperate to retain his name.
The actor; and Fathia had parted ways following allegations of infidelity on the part of the actress.
Though not divourced, the speculation that the actor had dragged his estranged wife to court over her continousl usage of his name hit town last week with Saidi denying it.
However, a statement credited to the publicist of the actress Seun Oloketuyi stated that their client had actually been dragged to court for her use of her ex-husband’s name stressing that she would continue to do so.
Amid the ups and down, accusations and denials movie pundits are asking why Fathia is desperate to continue using the name of a man she is no longer married to.
While some people have argued that the actress is been selfish and only wants to continue to enjoy the prominence which the name brings others are saying that she is entitled to the name till they are legally separated by a court of law.
The high point of the dirty seperation between the couple was when a marketer was said to be the one behind the accident that almost claimed the life of the actor.
After parting ways with Saidi, Fathia dated several people including names such as fuji music act Alao Malaika and thespian Goriola Hassan to mention a few.
