The age of 50 is one which calls for a lot of garland and pageantry when celebrating.
However, when renowned lawyer and businessman Tunde Ayeni celebrated his 50th birthday recently, it was devoid of these attributes.
While the businessman would have simply allowed the day to pass by, he later agreed to a modest party on the insistence of his wife.
The cozy and intimate party which had just a few friends and family members in attendance was held in Ayeni’s Ikeja GRA, Lagos home.
There is no doubt that the low-key celebration would be a big disappointment to many, as his friends would naturally have expected a carnival like party.
