This is because several known individuals have been smared due to their none participation and graduation in the scheme.
One of the most popular controversies generated by the none observance of the programme remains that of former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun and the Minister of Communication, Adebayo Shittu.

The duo began serving together and they both just passed out with the latest batch of corps members.
