Innocent Chukwuma’s Date With His Nightmare
Businessmen dread courtrooms like a plague. They avoid it when they can and endure it when they can’t. However, the deeds of the past have a way of catching up with a lot of them.
This is indeed true and Innocent Chukwuma, boss of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing will confirm it.
In a legal battle with Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) bordering on an alleged N2.4 bn fraud, Chukwuma has avoided the court opting to leave his representation and thoughts about his sour business relationship with his financial institution to his lawyers and the Public Relation Officer of his company.
For persistently refusing to come to court to answer to a criminal charge brought against him, Chukwuma has now been mandated to have a date with his nightmare
