How Soko Exponent Dayo Kujore Died At 63

Popular jujustar, Dayo Kujore is dead.

The singer died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Ikeja, Lagos in the early hours of Monday, 10 January, 2022.

His daughter, Ayinke Kujore, confirmed Kujore’s death.
Also popular as  ‘Wonder Boy,’ the name was given to the music star right at birth by Elder and Mrs Kujore in Igbore compound, Egba, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Legendary Kujore who was known for hits such as ‘Solo Extra’, ‘Wisdom’, ‘Easy Life’, ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Super Jet’ died at the age of 63.

He was born on April 4, 1958 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The deceased attended the African Church Primary School for six years and proceeded to African Church Secondary School, for his post-elementary education.
Both schools were in Igbore, Robiyan, Abeokuta, Ogun State. From there, he went to Sabo Technical School, Ojuelegba, Lagos State, where he trained as an Engineer.
