Cupcakes as DJ Cuppy’s fans are waiting to see if she will follow her lawsuit against Davido’s logistic manager, Israel DMW to the end.
Trouble started between Israel DMW and DJ Cuppy when he accused the singer of taking financial advantage of Zlatan on their collaboration titled ‘Gelato.’
Among other claims, he said that DJ Cuppy contacted Zlatan for a show without catering to the needs of the artiste and his crew.
Reacting to Israel DMW’s position, DJ Cuppy took to Twitter to tweet: “There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers.”
She went on to state that she would be suing the DMW employee for libel and defamation for saying that he owes an artist money.
Though the songstress appears to have filled the suit, fans are wondering if she has the guts to follow it through.
