Although it is almost two months since the death of erstwhile Ondo
State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Deji Falae, it was still
tears galore when he was buried in Akure on Thursday, November 4. The funeral service, which took place at Saint David’s Anglican Cathedral, Ijomu, Akure, had in attendance Ondo State Governor; Olusegun Mimiko, the Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Hon Dare Emiola, the deceased family, friends and business associates.

While some of the attendees controlled their emotions, it wasn’t easy for others, as they gave themselves to the sorrow that engulfed the sad atmosphere.

Falae died in the tragic Associated Airline air crash of October 3rd, which killed 15 people onboard.
