How Ace Nollywood Director, Ifeanyi Onyeabor Died
Popular Nigerian movie director, Ifeanyi Onyeabor, is dead.
The movie industry was dealt another blow following reports of the director’s death while shooting a movie in Jos, Plateau State.
While the cause of death remains unknown, the remains of the deceased have been transferred to a morgue.
Actor Guild of Nigeria president, Emeka Rollas, confirmed Onyeabor’s death via a Nollywood WhatsApp group called Film4Life.
Onyeabor will be remembered for his ghetto-themed movie, New Jerusalem, which won him an award at the Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA).
