Delta State governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, is in a celebration mood. He is however not inthe mood alone, as his wife Dame Edith is also celebrating with him. Thecouple, who have been married for 30 years recently celebrated their weddinganniversary. Tuesday, December 27th saw the first couple of Delta Statecelebrating with friends and family.
