Ex-Council Boss, Jubreel Abdul-Kareem, Arrested, Detained Over Killing Of APC Member In Agege

Former Chairman of Agege Local Government, Mr Jubreel Abdul-Kareem, has been arrested in connection with the killing of a member of the All Progressives Congress  (APC), Nurudeen Olanose on Saturday in Agege.
Olanose was killed by thugs working for Abdul-Kareem who unleashed violence on the people after the completion of the APC local government congress on Saturday.
Earlier, police had arrested Abdul-Kareem’s driver, Bosun Adigun and two others over the incident. Adigun was alleged to have fired the shot that killed Olanose.
Police picked up Abdul-Kareem on Monday and is currently being detained at the state Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Yaba, Lagos.
