Ese Falaye Smiles Again

All the money in the world will not bring back her husband and the father of her kids.
This is one fact Ese Falaye, the widow of onetime Ondo State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, late Deji Falaye is aware of.
However, having mourned for almost five years, she can grimace in knowing that she has found justice for her deceased husband.
With three teenage kids in her care, the woman has seen better days, but she continues to survive.
On Thursday, October 3rd, 2013, the deceased Falaye had led the state government’s delegation to accompany the corpse of former Ondo State governor, Chief Olusegun Agagu, from Lagos state to Akure for a state burial only for the Associated Airline plane carrying them to crash minutes after take-off from Lagos state.
Among the deceased of the plan crash was Deji. After five years, a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos held Associated Aviation Nigeria Ltd and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, (NCAA), responsible for the negligence that led to the plan crash.
While this judgment hardly changes the widow status of Ese, she can at least rest knowing justice has been achieved.
